galliano carried through his lingerie theme from haute couture to the pret-a-porter collection with great aplomb. not only were they brilliant in imagination and design, but the practicality in each look's execution truly stunned. the purple satin bra-and-knicker set visible under a black tulle slip was merely an illusion created by stretch, paneled under layers - the parts are worn as one. stocking tops were also shadows simply stitched into under skirts. also luv the ankle socks!!
