how much is that doggy in the window?
"pets are family members, they are not toys and tools. having a pet is a life-long commitment."

walking past a pet store today, my heart could not help but go out to this poor little maltese puppies caged up in his pen. as much as i wanted to, i did not buy the weeny bugger as animals are not earrings and should not be purchased on an impulse. household pets have also been unfortunate victims of the financial tsunami with expatriate families returning home but leaving their furry friends behind or laid off owners no longer being able to afford the costly upkeep. stories of people dropping off their dogs at the beautician never to return are all too common now. if you are thinking about adopting, please make sure you are prepared for the commitment required to love and care for your pet. his is a little life too.

pet adoption day
"animals are such agreeable friends - they ask no questions, they pass no criticisms."
- george eliot
it's cat and dog adoption day again this sunday at little princess from 12:00 to 18:00. stop by if you've been looking for a furry friend to join your family. all animals have been health-checked and vaccinated and, if old enough, desexed.
